Privacy Policy

What we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This policy explains how Synora Zenith ("we", "us") handles personal information on synorazenith.com.np. We are a technology company registered in Nepal (PAN 623530515) with our office at Gokarneshor-5, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province.

If anything here is unclear, or you want something done with your data, write to info@synorazenith.com and a person will answer.

1. Who is responsible

Synora Zenith is the data controller for this website. Our contact details:

2. What we collect

Information you send us

If you contact us by email, phone, or by using the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. That is usually your name, your organisation, your email address or phone number, and a description of the work you are asking about.

The enquiry form on our site does not submit to a server. It opens a message in your own email application, pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send in your own email client, and you can edit or discard it before that.

Information collected automatically

This website is served through Cloudflare. In the course of delivering pages and protecting the site against attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data including your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This processing is necessary to serve the site securely.

Advertising and analytics

This website does not run advertising pixels, conversion tracking or analytics. We do not profile you, and we do not track you across other websites.

If that changes we will update this page and say so plainly before the change takes effect.

If you message us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram

You can reach us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. If you do, we receive the messages you send along with the profile name and account identifier the platform gives us, and we use them to answer you and to discuss the work you are asking about.

Those platforms are operated by Meta Platforms, which handles the conversation on its own systems as an independent controller under its own terms, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy and, for WhatsApp, at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Messaging us means Meta processes that conversation regardless of what we do with it. If you would rather Meta was not involved, email or phone us instead.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website itself does not set cookies to identify you or to track your behaviour across sites. It uses no analytics service of its own.

Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes, such as distinguishing automated traffic from human visitors. These are required for the site to be served safely and are not used to profile you.

Because we set no advertising or analytics cookies, there is currently nothing here for you to consent to or opt out of. If we ever add tools that require consent, we will ask before they load and you will be able to decline without losing access to any part of the site.

4. Why we are allowed to use your information

We rely on the following grounds:

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with providers who help us operate:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Where your information goes

We are based in Nepal. The providers listed above operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside Nepal, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards for such transfers.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

Write to info@synorazenith.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose one person's information to another.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply a content security policy and standard protective headers, and we keep administrative access to our hosting limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will inform you and any relevant authority as required by law.

10. Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

Where we link to another website, that site's own privacy policy governs what it does with your information. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Where a change is significant we will say so clearly rather than quietly amending the text.
