How to make a request
Send an email to info@synorazenith.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
So that we can find your records and be sure we are acting for the right person, please include:
- the name you contacted us under;
- the email address or phone number you used;
- roughly when you were in touch, if you remember;
- whether you want everything deleted, or only a specific item.
You can also call +977 9861925161 during office hours, Sunday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 Nepal time, and we will open the request for you.
What happens next
- Within 3 working days we confirm we received the request. If we need anything to verify your identity we will ask at this point.
- Within 30 days we complete the deletion and write to tell you what was removed and what, if anything, we had to keep.
There is no charge for this.
What gets deleted
On a full request we delete:
- your enquiry and any correspondence with us;
- your contact details from our records;
- any notes we made about your enquiry.
Conversations on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram
If you contacted us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we will delete our copy of that conversation along with everything else.
One limitation is worth stating plainly: those platforms are operated by Meta Platforms, which keeps its own copy of the conversation on its own systems as an independent controller. We cannot delete data held by Meta. To remove that, use the controls in the relevant app:
- WhatsApp — delete the chat in the app, and see WhatsApp's account and data settings for a full account deletion.
- Messenger and Instagram — Settings → Your information and permissions, which includes downloading and deleting your information.
Deleting your side of a chat does not delete our side, and vice versa, so if you want ours gone as well, send us the request above.
What we may have to keep
We cannot always delete everything, and we would rather say so plainly than promise otherwise. We may need to retain:
- invoices, contracts and accounting records, where Nepali tax and company law requires it;
- information needed to establish or defend a legal claim;
- a minimal record that you asked to be deleted, so that we can honour that request and not re-add you later.
Where we keep something, we will tell you what it is and why, and we stop using it for any other purpose.
If you are not satisfied
Reply to our email and ask for it to be escalated, and it will be reviewed by the company's management. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
