What we do
A lot of projects fail in the handover between the design vendor, the development vendor and whoever ends up hosting it. We do all three, so there is nobody to hand the problem to.
Websites, customer portals, internal tools and cross-platform mobile apps. Built to be fast on a phone, on a normal connection.
Usually this means removing a spreadsheet somebody re-types every week. Sometimes it means a language model. We start from the task.
The part nobody asks for until the site is down. Hosting, deploys, backups, monitoring and someone who picks up the phone.
Identity and interface work that holds together from a favicon to a letterhead to a product screen, in English and in Nepali.
How we work
Often the brief is a solution somebody already picked. We spend the first week with the people who will use the thing, because that conversation saves more money than any technology decision later.
A usable slice in weeks, not a presentation in months. You get to change your mind while changing your mind is still cheap.
Documentation, access to every account in your name, and a session with your team. You should be able to leave us and be fine. That is what makes staying an actual choice.
Research
A share of our week goes to internal work: Nepali-language text handling, performance on slow mobile connections, and running inference at the edge. Some of it turns into client work. Some of it does not.
The studio
Synora Zenith is a registered technology company based in Gokarneshor, Kathmandu. You talk to the people writing the code. There is no account manager in between, mostly because we are not big enough to have one.
The name puts together synora, a coming together, and zenith, the high point. Our mark reads as a Z until you notice the S curving inside it.
