Your accounts are yours
Domain, hosting, analytics, app store listings, everything registered to your organisation and your billing. If you leave us, you take the keys with you because you already had them.
Home/About
Synora Zenith is a registered technology company in Gokarneshor, Kathmandu. We are deliberately small, and we intend to stay that way for a while yet.
The short version
There is no shortage of people in Kathmandu who can build a website. There is a shortage of people who will still answer the phone eight months later when it breaks, or who will hand over the hosting account without being chased for it.
That is the gap we set out to sit in. Fewer projects, taken further, with the infrastructure and the accounts in the client's own name from the first day.
We would rather turn down work that is not a fit than take it and do a mediocre job. If you ask us for something outside what we do well, we will tell you so.
How we operate
Domain, hosting, analytics, app store listings, everything registered to your organisation and your billing. If you leave us, you take the keys with you because you already had them.
No number before a scoping conversation. A price given before anyone knows the requirements is a guess, and someone always pays for a bad guess later.
If a spreadsheet solves your problem, we will say so, even though it is a smaller invoice for us. It costs us one project and earns the next three.
Readable code, written documentation, and a walkthrough at the end. Nobody should be locked in by confusion.

The name
Synora is a coming together. Zenith is the high point. The mark is drawn as a single continuous stroke that reads as a Z — until you notice the S curving inside the diagonal. Everything else in our identity stays quiet so that one detail can carry it.
It is a reasonable summary of how we like to work: nothing decorative, one idea done properly, and something left for the person who looks closely.
