Which ID do I need?

Any valid Nepali government photo ID: citizenship card, passport, national ID or voter ID. The name must match what the sender entered.

Is there a fee to receive?

No. The sender pays all fees. Please don't pay the agent anything extra.

How much can I receive at once?

Up to NPR 10 lakh in cash per transaction. Larger amounts are deposited to your bank account.

Can someone else collect for me?

Only with a signed authority letter plus both people's IDs, and only for amounts under NPR 50,000.

I got a call asking for my reference number.

That is fraud. Hang up and call us on 01-4100000. We will hold the transfer.
