Our story
Our first plant, a 3 MW micro-hydro in Ilam, was financed by 400 villagers and one bank. Today we're one of Nepal's largest private developers, and the promise hasn't changed: build well, share the benefits, and leave the river healthy.

We release more than the legal minimum so fish can migrate. Each plant has monitored fish ladders.
Affected households own 10% of every project, from IPO day one.
A majority-independent board, a separate audit committee, and quarterly disclosure.
